60 Second Film Contest

Several times a year The Producers's Forum holds the 60 Second Cinema Contest. Filmmakers are given a remit and 3 weeks ot make a film that is less than 60 second long, including credits. Specific limitations and requirements will require filmmakers to be creative and innovative in their approach, resulting in some very exciting and unique films. If you don't want to make a film yourself but want to get involved, feel free to come along and meet some of the contestants and get involved in their films. HOW TO ENTER Come along to the next event and fill in a registration form. The draw will be made shortly after and each film maker will randomly be given an entry pack. You'll have three weeks to plan, shoot, edit and deliver your film back to us. Details of how to submit your film will be included in your entry pack. You don't have to work on your own, you can recruit friends and other creatives to your crew. You can shoot on any format. WHO WINS The following month we'll screen the films at our meet up and the winner will be voted for by the audience on the night. The winning filmmaker will receive £100 cash prize and of course the honour of being the 60 Second Cinema winner. Next Edition: 11th November 2024
